Muzzle break for a 580 series mini 14 and Accuracy Q’s?

Can’t seem to find one that will fit my rifle. My groups right now (55 grain umc) are six inches at 100 yds (iron sights). I’m trying to cut that down more. I just added a few upgrades (accu-strut, tapco fusion stock, adjustable gas block, scope mount and very decent scope) but haven’t fired with them yet. I’m also seriously considering bedding my rifle. When I first bought the gun I heard a lot of skepticism though, I haven’t had one jam or malfunction whatsoever after 800+ rounds. Any other tips on accurizing my gun are welcome.

You might see about getting the trigger polished up. I haven’t ever heard about them having problems with jamming or other malfunctions; I’ve just always heard that they’re not as accurate as say an AR-15. See if all the improvements you’ve made to the rifle help at all.. if not bedding it and getting a trigger job should do the trick.

I know others will have different testimonials on ups and downs, but one of my coworkers took a 4″ 100 yard group gun with a scope down to 1.5″ by glass bedding, lightening the trigger. He wants to do more, but I think that’s about as tight as the rifle will get barring changing ammo and more drastic steps.
