Why does these seems to tip off my low sugar?

When i brush my teeth or take a shower it seems to tip off my low sugar and i feel horrible, barley able to walk is it just bad timeing or does this have something to do with it?

There is no reason that these low intensity activities would cause the low blood sugar, it may be a coincidence, but it’s easy enough to test and find out what is going on. Test your sugar before brushing your teeth or showering to see where you are before these activities. You may find you are already low. If you are already low, your insulin may need to be adjusted.
