Is there any advantage over traditional “brick and mortar” colleges versus online or non traditional schools?
My buddy seems to think online courses are a scam and that in order to get anywhere you have to spend multiple years in a traditional class setting in order to get a degree and increase your likelihood of being hired with degree of choice. Is this true or is it just that hes biased towards his school?
i really think that he has a point. many of these places literally sell degrees to you, and you really have to be careful to make sure you find a good one. i would say that it might even be better to go to a local community college, because you at least know what you are getting.
