Should I trade Roy Williams away for Torry Holt straight up?

Williams is killing me and I know he is putting pressure on the team to get him the ball more. I just don’t know who is more likely to turn this season around. Plus, I need someone to fill an empty receiver spot this week and Williams is on a bye while Holt is playing Buffalo. Thanks in advance for your help.
