Wwii German

Who owns the copyrights of the German WWII footage?
I need to know who owns those rights. I’m talking about the marches of the German Army. The advances in Europe. Hitler’s speeches. Can they be used without a permission or do I need to obtain the rights? It is about a project.
No intentions of nazism or anything else.
I doubt all of the footage is owned by a single source. Most likely you will need to trace the ownership for each piece of work on a case by case basis.
That being said, some WWII footage is in the public domain. Just do a Google search for “WWII stock footage” and similar searches.
